Available in conventional or step-lap designs (vertical/horizontal) to ensure low no-load losses.
Slit Coils
Processed from prime grades (M3, M4, M5, etc.) with thickness ranging from 0.23mm to 0.35mm.
Toroidal Cores
Round and rectangular cores for Current Transformers (CT) and Potential Transformers (PT), with options for epoxy or varnish coating.
Strip Laminations
Custom hole patterns (1, 2, or 3 holes) for UPS and stabilisers.
Our Manufacturing Process

Precision Slitting:
We use high-quality carbide blades to slit coils to your exact width, ensuring smooth edges.
Cutting & Shaping:
Our machines cut laminations at precise 45° or 90° angles, including V-notching and holing as per your drawings.
Annealing:
Toroidal cores are stress-annealed at temperatures up to 800°C to optimise electrical performance.
Testing:
We don’t guess. We test. Our facility includes a testing bench capable of checking no-load losses for cores up to 12.5 MVA.
