Precision Slitting:
We use high-quality carbide blades to slit coils to your exact width, ensuring minimal burrs, critical for maintaining structural integrity.
Cutting & Shaping:
Our machines cut laminations at precise 45° or 90° angles, including V-notching and holing as per your drawings.
Annealing:
Toroidal cores are stress-annealed at temperatures up to 800°C to optimise electrical performance.
Testing:
We don’t guess. We test. Our facility features a dedicated testing lab to verify material grades and check no-load losses for cores, providing guaranteed performance data.
